CTPAT for Freight Forwarders, Customs Brokers, and Consolidators
Did you know that CTPAT’s new Minimum Security Criteria (MSC) went into effect Jan. 1, 2020?
This workshop will provide the unique opportunity to “roll up your sleeves” and develop responses to all the MSC with FCBF Customs & Trade Counsel Lenny Feldman (ST&R) along with personalized answers to your questions and concerns.
Each participant will receive an MSC workbook to record the input of our mock security assessment. We will address and review practices and procedures concerning: security vision and responsibility; risk assessment; business partner security; cybersecurity; conveyance and instruments of international traffic security; seal security; procedural security; agricultural security; physical access controls; physical security; personnel security; and education, training and threat awareness.
Maintain or achieve the CTPAT status that is so vital to your relationships with your customers who benefit by receiving reduced exams, front of the line inspections, exemption from stratified exams, business resumption, eligibility for other pilot programs and mitigated enforcement claims.
**Registration includes entry for up to *four* employees of the same company.
