Nova Southeastern University’s Institute for Disaster and Emergency Preparedness is offering a FREE 8-hour HAZWOPER Awareness Training in English // Provided by FCBF
Monday, April 20: 9:00am – 1:00pm
Tuesday, April 21, 9:00am – 1:00pm
- Ideal for all workers, especially those who could be “first responders” to a hazardous materials incident
- Learn how to recognize, react, and protect yourself from chemical hazards in the workplace
- Training can take place on-site, at your workplace
- Course satisfies refresher requirements
- Certificate awarded upon completion of course**
- Approved by the National Educational Institute of NCBFAA,
- Earn up to 7 continuing education/contact hours (CCS/CES/MES)
- Satisfies OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.120(q)(6)(i), 49 CFR 172.700(c) and 172.704(a)(5)(b), and EPA 40 CFR (311.1).
